【摘要】 选取2005年在江苏省宜兴市举行的"江缆杯"全国田径大奖系列赛暨亚洲田径公开赛4名男子跳高运动员助跑技术的运动学参数,并与国外优秀运动员进行比较研究,结果表明:我国选手最后两步助跑身体重心水平速度均低于世界优秀运动员,助跑速度损失较明显;最后一步助跑动作不积极,助跑节奏不合理;助跑倒三步至倒二步身体重心移动轨迹平稳,但倒二步至倒一步身体重心高度变化明显。针对上述问题提出了助跑训练的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article comparatively analyzed the approach running technical parameters of foreign outstanding men flop’s athletes with 4 flop’s athletes from China Grand Prix Series and Asian Open in Jiangsu in 2005. The results show the gravity center and horizon velocity of the last 2 approach running of China are inferior to foreign athletes,the last one step is not active,the rhythm is unreasonable and the height of gravity center obviously waves during the last 2 steps. With regard to the above-mentioned problems,it proposes some suggestions for the training of approach running.更多还原
