【摘要】 教育硕士专业学位教育具有职业性、研究性、创新性特点。目前教育硕士专业学位教育存在学员工学矛盾突出、授课教师对基础教育实际情况了解不够、教学方法陈旧、培养方式不灵活、学位论文存在重理论轻实践等问题。各级教育行政部门和各级学校的领导应提高认识,做好提高教师素质、培养具有硕士学位教师的规划工作;教育硕士授课教师应不断提高自身的教育理论、教学水平和实践能力;学员本身更应珍惜深造的机会,注重论文选题的实践性和应用性,为毕业后继续从事中小学教育和管理工作打下坚实的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The degree education of education master majors has the characteristics of professionalism,resourcefulness and innovativeness.At present the degree education of education master majors has such problems as the conflict between the work and study of the students,the teachers’ lack of knowledge of basic educational practice,the outmodedness of teaching methods,the inflexibility of cultivation methods,and the degree thesis emphasizing theory at the expense of practice,etc.The leaders in various educational administration departments and schools should improve their understanding so as to make a comprehensive program of improving the quality of teachers and cultivate teachers with master’s degree.The teachers who teach the education masters should improve their level of educational theory and teaching and their practical ability.The students of education master majors should cherish this opportunity of further study,pay more attention to the practicality and applicability of the thesis choices so as to lay a solid theoretical basis for them to be engaged in primary and secondary education and administration after graducation.更多还原
