分子筛催化合成丙酸异戊酯
Synthesis of Isoamyl Propionate Over Molecular Sieve Catalyst
【摘要】 重点探讨了醇酸物质的量之比、催化剂的用量、反应的时间对生成物丙酸异戊酯收率的影响。实验结果表明:硫酸改性分子筛对丙酸异戊酯的合成具有良好的催化活性。在醇酸物质的量比为1.6∶1,催化剂用量为1.2g、反应时间为1.5h时,产品收可达91.28%。该催化剂可以重复使用。
【Abstract】 Effects of molar ratio of alcohol to acid,catalyst dosage and reaction time on isoamyl propionate yield were discussed. The results show that the molecular sieve modified by sulphuric acid has favorable catalytic activity for synthesis of isoamyl propionate. when molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.6∶1,catalyst dosage is 1.2 g,reaction time is 1.5 h,product yield can reach to 91.28%. The catalyst can be reused.
