【Abstract】 The optimum conditions of water soluble polysaccharides from Radish were studied in this paper.The results show that the optimum technological conditions are as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶12,time 4 h,3 times of extraction and temperature 90 ℃.The extraction yield can be up to 1.477%.更多还原
