香菇提取物口服液的制备及对大鼠肝损伤保护作用的检测

【摘要】 目的:制备香菇提取物口服液,探讨其对四氯化碳(CC l4)所致大鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用.方法:通过热水抽提、乙醇沉淀等方法制备香菇提取物,用18%橙汁、4%砂糖、0.2%柠檬酸、0.15%稳定剂CMC溶剂配制不同计量口服液.采用四氯化碳制备大鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,测定香菇提取物口服液对血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及病理组织学的影响.结果:香菇提取物口服液能明显降低四氯化碳急性肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST活性;2.25 g/kgBW、1.13 g/kgBW实验组能减少肝损伤模型大鼠胞浆的凝聚平均分,0.38 g/kgBW实验组能减少肝损伤模型大鼠肝细胞坏死平均分,各实验组均能减少各种肝细胞病变类型病理组织学改变加权平均分.结论:香菇提取物口服液对四氯化碳所致大鼠急性化学性肝损伤有保护作用.

【Abstract】 To investigate the protection of champignon oral liquid on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in rats,the rat’s acute liver injury model induced by carbon tetrachloride was constructed.Serumal alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity were detected,and the effect of champignon oral liquid on histopathology was analyzed.The results show that champignon oral liquid can remarkably reduce Serumal alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity of acute liver injury of rats.Experimental group of 2.25 g/kgBW,1.13 g/kgBW and 0.38 g/kgBW can reduce general mean of cytoplasmic cohesion and cellular necrosis of liver injury rats respectively.Each experimental group is able to decrease the weighted average of histopathologic changes of pathological hepatic cells.The results draw the conclusion that champignon oral liquid possesses protective effect on carbon tetrachloride-induced rat’s acute liver injury.
