【摘要】 目的探讨老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的临床特点。方法对583例老年退行性心脏瓣膜病患者的临床资料进行分析,包括彩色多普勒超声心动图、心电图、血脂、钙磷代谢指标。结果该病与高血压、冠心病、心律失常等有关,与高密度脂蛋白、碱性磷酸酶相关。结论老年人应定期行超声心动图检查,减少本病的误诊漏诊,并积极治疗与本病发病关系密切的相关疾病,对改善预后极为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of senile degenerative valvular heart disease (SDVHD). Methods To analyze 583 cases of SDVHD’s clinical features,including the indices of the color doppler echocardiography (CDUCG),electrocardiogram (ECG,EKG),blood lipoids and calcium and phosphate metabolism. Results The disease related to hypertension,coronary heart disease,arrhythmia,and so on. Conclusion Old people should be regularly make echocardiography in order to decrease the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, to make active treatment on the closely related diseases; to improve the prognosis is very important.更多还原
