【摘要】 目的评价盐酸多奈哌齐治疗多系统萎缩的有效性及安全性。方法选择在我院就诊的多系统萎缩患者36例,随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各18例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组予安理申口服。结果治疗组日常生活自理能力(ADL评定),临床疗效及直立位收缩压的提高均高于对照组P<0.01。结论安理申治疗多系统萎缩安全、有效、未见明显不良反应且使用方便,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of aricept in treating patients of MSA(multiple system atrophy).Methods 36 patients with MSA seeing a doctor in my hospital were randomly divided into treat groups(treated with aricept) and control group(treated with conventional drugs).Results Activity of Daily living(ADL assessment),clinical effectment and improvement of orthostatic blood pressure in treat group are obvious than in control group.Conclusion Aricept has efficacy,safty,no untoward effect and convenience in treating MSA,it is worth being promoted in clinic.更多还原
