【摘要】 目的观察腹部术后愈合不良伤口应用康惠尔系列敷料的效果。方法腹部术后伤口愈合不良患者20例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组应用新型康惠尔系列敷料进行换药,对照组应用传统的方法进行换药,观察伤口愈合情况。结果观察组伤口愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),换药次数少于对照组(P<0.001),换药时舒适度优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论腹部术后愈合不良伤口应用新型康惠尔系列敷料进行换药,治疗效果明显优于传统换药法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observant the effect of Comfeel series dressings on the healing of faulty union wounds of ab-dominal operations.Methods Prospective randomized study.20 faulty union wounds of abdominal operations were random-ized separated two groups-the observant group in which Comfeel dressings to be used and the control group in which conventional dressings to be used,then observant the effect.Results Compare to the conventional dressings,the patients who had Comfeel took less time for wound healing,were more comfortable;the dressings were changed less times.Conclusion The effect of Comfeel dressings on the healing of faulty union wounds of abdominal operations is better than the conven-tional dressings.Comfeel dressings are reasonable alternative to conventional dressings.更多还原
