【摘要】 目的利用氢质子磁共振波谱(1H MRS)技术研究帕金森病(PD)患者额叶的代谢变化与额叶认知功能的关系。方法PD患者20例和正常对照20例行1H MRS检查,测定双侧额叶的N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/肌酸(NAA/Cr)、N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/胆碱复合物(NAA/Cho)和胆碱复合物/肌酸(Cho/Cr)比值,同时测定MMSE、画钟试验、重复100减7试验、连线测验、词语流畅性测验,计算其相关性。结果H&Y分级≥3级的重症PD患者额叶NAA/Cr比值与画钟试验、连线测验、词语流畅性测验之间的相关性具有统计学意义,与重复100减7试验及MMSE无相关性。结论重症PD患者额叶NAA/Cr比值与画钟试验、连线测验、词语流畅性测验相关,因而可用以评估额叶认知功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship of the metabolism and the cognition activity of the frontal lobe in patients with Parkinson disease utilizing the hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Methods 1H MRS were administered to 20 patients with Parkinson disease,and 20 volunteers,determining NAA / Cr,NAA / Cho,and Cho / Cr in bilat-eral frontal lobe.At the same time,MMSE,CDT,continious 100 minus 7 test,trail making test B,word fluency test were done and the correlation coefficient was calculated.Result There were significant correlations between the NAA / Cr ratios in frontal lobe and CDT,trail making test B,word fluency test in the patients with Parkinson disease whose H&Y stage abose Ⅲ(P<0.05),whereas the correlations between the NAA / Cr ratios and MMSE,continious 100 minus 7 test were not significant.Conclusion The correlations between the NAA / Cr ratios in frontal lobe and CDT,trail making test B,word fluency test in the patients with severe Parkinson disease make the NAA / Cr ratios in frontal lobe can evaluate the cog-nition activity of frontal lobe.更多还原
