【Abstract】 Applications of the scientific concept of development,harmonious and sustainable development,ecological rehabilitation,wetland culture and wetland aesthetics,culture design,Protection and utilization and enhancement,distance design in developing ecological culture of wetland parks,park subdivision and deployment,wetland safeguard,sustainable management and training and educational capacity were discussed in the paper.
