离子交换树脂吸附胞嘧啶核苷三磷酸的动力学和热力学研究
THE STUDY OF ADSORPTION KINETIC AND THERMODYNAMIC OF CTP ON ION EXCHANGE RESIN
【摘要】 根据CTP在离子交换树脂上的吸附容量和分离因数的大小,确定DuoliteA-30树脂适合CTP与CDP及CMP之间的分离。CTP在DuoliteA-30树脂上的吸附动力学和热力学研究表明,在283.15~303.15K之间,CTP的质量浓度在7.5g/L以上时,DuoliteA-30树脂对CTP的吸附主要受颗粒扩散的控制,其有效扩散系数为D=3.47×10-7cm2/s,溶液的质量浓度≤1.0g/L时,CTP与DuoliteA-30树脂之间的交换速率主要受液膜控制,其液膜扩散系数为Kf=4.112×10-4/s。热力学参数Ea=9.008kJ/mol,ΔH=5.17kJ/mol·K,ΔS283.15K=80.28J/mol·K。
【Abstract】 Duolite A-30 resin is adapted to separate CTP from the mixture of CTP, CDP and CMP basing on the adsorption capacity and selectivity on the different resins. Equilibrium data for the adsorption of CTP from aqueous solutions with Duolite A-30 resin had been researched, which is correlated with a langmuir-type of isotherm equation. The kinetics and thermodynamics of ion exchange between CTP and OH ions with Duolite A-30 resin were studied. Meanwhile, the corresponding determining-rate-steps are ascertained and diffusion coefficients were calculated. The results showed that the ion exchange rate between CTP and Duolite A-30 resin is controlled by particle diffusion control (PDC) if the concentration of CTP solution is larger than 7.5g/L (Di=3.47×10-7cm2/s), otherwise, controlled by film diffusion control (FDC) if the concentration of CTP solution is less than 1.0g/L (Kf=4.112×10-4/s) within temperature range of 283.15~303.15K. The thermodynamics parameters are that the activation energy of adsorption (Ea) is 9.108kJ/mol, the enthalpy of adsorption (ΔH) is 5.17kJ/mol·K, the entropy of adsorption (ΔS283.15K) is 80.28J/mol·K.
