【摘要】 研究农村村落非正式结构体育社团的成因有利于新农村体育的组织、发展与管理。使用李克特五点量表的方式设计问卷,以河北省农村非正式结构体育社团为调查对象,基于相关理论及调查现状提出四个假设:个体偏好、交往需要、情感需要、共同的价值观来分析非正式结构体育社团的成因。用SPSS11.5软件包进行数据统计,结果4个成因变量均显著。从个体特征的差异上进行单因素方差分析显示:不同性别群体对情感需要的认同有差异,女性形成的情感特征往往更加强烈;不同年龄的群体对个体偏好和情感需要的认同有差异,10-19岁与50岁以上年龄组之间在"个体偏好"取向上差异具有显著性,在"情感需要"上10-19岁不同年龄组的人群与其他各年龄组的群体差异具有显著性;不同文化程度的群体对共同的价值观的认同有差异,大专学历主要从事农业以外的职业,交际面相对较宽,对体育等的认识程度与文化程度低从事农业劳动者有较大的区别。农村中非正式结构体育社团的形成具有较为普遍的规律,农村领导应善于从非正式结构体育社团的成因出发,加以正确引导,使其有助于实现新农村体育组织的管理,在此基础上针对农村非正式结构体育社团的成因提出了从尊重人、理解人、引导人和发展人的管理启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on the causes of rural spontaneous sports organization is conducive to the development,organization and management of new rural sports.The study takes the five-point Lickter scale as the questionnaire method,the rural spontaneous sports groups of Hebei Province as investigation object,Based on the theory related to the investigation and status of four assumptions: demands for affections,similar individual favorite,common values of P.E.and Fitness Leader,to assess the survival status of rural spontaneous sports groups.Using SPSS11.5 statistical software for data analysis,the result is that the causes of four variables are significant.From the characteristics of individual differences on ONE-WAY ANOVA: the differences of their age,education level are significant differences on the fitness leaders agree.This study also supplies management enlightenment on the causes of spontaneous sports organization of our national rural from respect,understanding,guide and development of the human point of view.更多还原
