【摘要】 以验证发球趋避动机冲突对发球绩效的影响。实验通过发球指导语将高校高水平运动员(24人)分离成趋大于避组和避大于趋组。按照排球比赛的最新规则,两实验组共进行15局排球比赛。结果表明:(1)在比赛处于优势时,避大于趋的发球动机有利于提高发球攻击性;(2)在比赛处于劣势时,趋大于避的发球动机有利于提高发球攻击性。实验启示,教练员在临场指挥时,应根据比赛的性质,指导运动员的发球决策,发球攻击性的大小主要体现在破坏一攻率,而不是发球直接得失分率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research testified the influence of approach-avoidance motive conflict on serve performances.Choose 24 high-level players from college and then divided them into two groups: the groups of approach more or less than avoidance by serve guidance tongue.The two groups held 15 volleyball matches totally according to the latest regulations.The result shows that:(1) When a team was in the leading position,the motive of avoiding risk would enhance the aggressiveness of serv1e;(2) On the contrary,when a team was in the defending position,the motive of approaching risk would do well to the improvement of serve aggressiveness.The study indicated that coaches should guide the players to the serve decision-making according to the competition on the spot,and the magnitude of serve aggressiveness mainly was embodied by the ratio of destroying the first counterattack instead of the ratio of direct winning or losing serve points.更多还原
