【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快以及亚太区域经济的迅速发展,东北亚地区作为亚太区域经济的组成部分,正日益引起世人的关注。而俄罗斯的远东地区和中国的黑龙江省正处在东北亚经济开发的热点区域。随着中俄两国互办"国家年"的东风,必将推动双方经贸合作关系快速向前发展。俄罗斯地广人稀、耕地撂荒,农产品市场潜力巨大,而黑龙江省农业人口众多,农产品种类丰富。因此,黑龙江省应抓住对俄农产品贸易的比较优势,充分依托口岸的便利条件,以俄罗斯市场需求为导向,进一步加快对俄农产品贸易的步伐,带动全省经济的振兴和农村经济的全面发展,从而推动社会主义新农村建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of economic globalization and the economic development in the Asia-Pacific region,the regions in the Nartheast Asia are drawing world-wide attention.Far Eastern regions in Russia and China’s Heilongjiang Prorince belong to the central regions of economic development in the Northeast Asia,which will certainly strenthen the economic and trade cooperation of bilateral relations.Russia has a great potential of market for farm produce;Heilongjiang province has great variety of agricultural products.Hence,Heilongjiang province should grasp its comparative advantages of farm produce trade with Russia and of trading ports in order to further develop the trade of farm produce with Russia according to Russsian market orientation,which will bring the province economic vitality and rural developemnt,and development of a new socialist countryside.更多还原
