脉动真空灭菌器内腔开裂分析

【摘要】 采用宏观和微观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验和能谱分析等方法分析了脉动真空灭菌器内腔开裂的原因。结果表明:灭菌器在制作过程中加强筋板的焊接造成了内腔存在残余拉应力,灭菌器工作介质高温蒸汽中含有微量的Cl-。在这些因素的共同作用下,引发脉动真空灭菌器内腔表面钝化膜破裂而导致应力腐蚀开裂。并提出了一些可行性建议。

【Abstract】 The cracking cause of inner cavity of pulsation vacuum sterilizer was analyzed by means of physical and chemical inspection,macroscopically and microscopically examination.The residual stress,which arises from welding of stiffener during manufacturing of the pulsation vacuum sterilizer,damages the passivity film.There was trace Cl-in high temperature steam.Therefore,the stainless steel of inner cavity will be so corroded under the action of both residual stress and Cl-.Some feasible suggestions on preventing the inner cavity of pulsation vacuum sterilizer from being stress corroded and cracking were offered.
