气相色谱法测定空气中丙烯酸酯类化合物
GC Determination of Acrylates in Air
【摘要】 用气相色谱法对空气中的丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯及甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行了定性及定量检测。用采样器取空气样品20 L,并用活性炭吸附上述3种丙烯酸酯类化合物。再用二硫化碳1 mL作解吸剂将上述3种丙烯酸酯从活性炭上解吸,分取此二硫化碳溶液1μL直接进样进行气相色谱分析,根据所得的保留时间作定性分析。定量测定则按所测得各化合物的峰高值从标准曲线上查得其含量值,测得上述3种丙烯酸酯的检出限依次为0.004,0.006,0.007 mg·m-3。
【Abstract】 Three acrylates,i.e.,methyl acrylate,butyl acrylate and methy methacrylate,in air were determined by gas chromatography.Twenty liters of air were taken with a sampler and the acrylates were adsorbed with activated charcoal.One mL of CS2 was used as desorbent to desorb the acrylates from the charcoal and an aliquot of 1 μL was taken for GC analysis.Qualitative analysis was performed according to the retention time obtained,and results of determination were found by the method of standard curve according to values of peak heights.Values of detection limits found were 0.004 mg·m-3 for methyl acrylate,0.006 mg·m-3 for butyl acrylate and 0.007 mg·m-3 for methyl methacrylate.
