30CrMo气瓶钢中大型夹杂物的研究

【摘要】 通过全流程系统取样、稀土氧化物示踪、综合分析等方法,对天津钢管集团有限公司第二炼钢厂EAF→LF→VD→CC工艺生产的30CrMo气瓶钢中大型夹杂物的数量、尺寸、成分及形貌的变化情况进行研究,并对其来源进行分析。结果表明:中间包中二次氧化严重,铸坯中大型夹杂物主要有CaO-Al2O3-MgO、CaO-Al2O3、Al2O3-(Ca,Mn)S、Al2O3,来源于脱氧产物、包衬侵蚀剥落以及钢包和结晶器卷渣。

【Abstract】 The variation of the size,quantity,morphology and chemical compositions as well as the origin of the macro inclusions of the 30CrMo gas cylinder steel produced by the EAF→LF→VD→CC processing route in the No.2 Steel Plant of Tianjin Pipe Corporation Ltd are analyzed and studied by way of overall flow sampling,rare earth oxide tracing and comprehensive analysis.Results show that reoxidation severely occurs in the tundish and the macro inclusions in the round billet are mainly composed of CaO-Al2O3-MgO、CaO-Al2O3、Al2O3-(Ca,Mn)S、Al2O3,which originate from the deoxidation produce,erosion caused peeling off of the ladle lining and slag entrainment in ladle and mold.
