【摘要】 通过对国内外5个钢厂所生产的钢帘线盘条中夹杂物形态和成分的对比分析,找出了国内钢厂在夹杂物形态和成分控制上与国外钢厂的差距,尤其是在夹杂物的塑性和尺寸两个方面。同时还对盘条中T.O、N和Als含量进行了对比,结果表明国外钢厂的控制效果要明显好于国内钢厂。更多还原

【Abstract】 By way of comparative analysis on the morphology and composition of inclusions in wire rod produced by five different steel factories at home and abroad,a difference was found out on the control level of morphology and composition of inclusions between domestic and foreign steel factories,especially on the two aspects of plasticity and size of inclusions.At the meantime,the comparison about the contents of T.O,N and Als in wire rod was performed,and the results showed that the foreign steel factories had a better control effect than domestic ones.更多还原
