贺州硅灰石精细化及应用研究

【摘要】 广西贺州硅灰石是花岗岩体与区域碳酸盐接触热变质作用,经大理岩化、矽卡岩化、硅化等形成的。硅灰石含量70%~84%,无色透明,多呈长柱状、纤维状,长径比在3.5~33.3,白度平均79.7%。精细化后Fe2O3含量0.63%,吸油率27.9%、水溶系数0.125%、pH值9.9、白度90.4%;硅灰石品质达到无线电陶瓷、建筑和卫生陶瓷、电焊条、塑料增强填料、冶金助剂、白炭黑等工业指标要求,基本达到或接近油漆涂料行业要求。

【Abstract】 The Guangxi Hezhou wollastonite is formed from the granite and regional carbonate by the contact thermal metamorphism, marmarization, skarnization, siliconization, etc. It contains wollastonite 70%~84%, also is colourless and transparent, typically columnar or fibrous, the length/diameter is 3.5~33.3, the average whiteness is 79.7%.After refined, the percentage of Fe2O3 is 0.63%, the rate of oil absorption is 27.9%, the water-soluble factor is 0.125%, the pH is 9.9, the average whiteness is 90.4%. The quality of wollastonite meet the industrial requirements of radio ceramic, architectural and sanitary ceramics, electrode, plastic reinforcing filler, metallurgical additives, silica white, etc, basically reached the coatings and paint industry requirements.
