【摘要】 [目的]观察重庆市三级甲等(以下简称"三甲")医院临床医生身心健康现状及其主要影响因素,为卫生管理部门有效促进医生身心健康提供依据。[方法]采用自编医生健康状况调查问卷,对重庆6家三甲医院的353名临床医生进行抽样调查,并对该问卷中工作负荷、职业危害、保健投资、身心健康状况4个维度的数据进行多元回归分析等。[结果]所调查的医生中,83.29%感觉工作超负荷;90%以上的医生曾遭遇医院暴力危害;半数以上缺乏个人保健;76.20%存在身心疾病;多元回归分析显示年龄、性别、医院暴力、医院防护、个人保健和目前工作状态是影响医生患身心疾病数目的主要因素。[结论]目前重庆三甲医院临床医生的身心疾病患病率较高,应引起卫生管理部门的高度重视,采取有效措施进行预防和干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the current situation and key influencing factors of clinicians’health in grade 3-A level hospitals of Chongqing and provide to health management department a basis for effective promotion of clinicians’health. [Methods]Using a self-made questionnaire for clinicians’health,sample survey on 353 clinicians in grade 3-A level hospitals was conducted in Chongqing.4-dimensional data of the questionnaire were analyzed by multiple regression and so on,which included workload,occupational hazards,health investment,and current situation of health.[Results]Totally,83.29%of the 353 investigated clinicians had heavy workload,more than 90%of them had experienced hospital workplace violence, more than half of them felt lack of personal care,and 76.20%of them were suffering from physical and mental diseases. Multiple regression analysis showed that six factors were found to influence the number of clinicians’diseases,which included age,gender,hospital workplace violence,hospital protection,personal health care,current working state of clinicians. [Conclusion]Currently,the physical and mental disease prevalence of clinicians is comparatively high in grade 3-A level hospitals of Chongqing.Health management department should put more effort to this phenomenon and take effective measures for its prevention and intervention.更多还原
