松树遗传图谱构建研究进展
Research Progress on Composing Genetic Linkage Chart of Pinus spp
【摘要】 松树生长周期长,基因组大,构成了遗传研究的主要障碍和作图难点.文章综述了松树遗传图谱构建的研究进展.探讨了遗传图谱作图中的技术和方法,分析了当前存在的问题,展望了未来研究方向.
【Abstract】 Long period of growth and large genetic group of Pinus spp make genetic study difficult.The paper summarizes the study progress on genetic linkage atlas of Pinus spp.It also discusses the method and technique for the mapping and analyzes the existing problems and the direction toward the future study.
