【摘要】 目的比较莫西沙星和多西环素治疗非淋菌性宫颈、尿道炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组对照方法,将130例入选患者分为:治疗组66例,用莫西沙星400 mg,po,qd,疗程12d;对照组64例,用多西环素200 mg,po,bid,疗程12 d。对2组治疗的有效率和病原体清除率进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为85.9%及72.6%(P<0.05),病原体清除率分别为86.6%及73.8%(P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星对女性非淋菌性宫颈、尿道炎的临床疗效较好,优于多西环素。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To compare the efficacy and safety between moxifloxacin and doxycycline on non-gonococcal genito-urethritis.METHODS As a randomized,positive and controlled study,enrollment of 130 patients were divided into two groups:the treatment trial group(moxifloxacin,400 mg,po,qd,for 12 days,n=66) and the control group (doxycycling,200 mg,po,bid,for 12 days,n=64).The efficacy and the clearance rate of bacteria between two groups were compared.RESULTS The efficacy rate in two groups was:the treatment trial group at 85.9%while the control group at 72.6%.respectively.The clearance rates of bacteria were 86.6%(treatment trial group) and 73.8% (control group),respectively.There was a significant difference between treatment trial group and control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Moxifloxacin is effective and safe for treatment of non-gonococcal genito-urethritis.Moxifloxacin group is better than doxycycline group.更多还原
