【摘要】 目的:评价股前外侧皮瓣在外阴肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用价值。方法:应用带旋股外侧动脉降支和股前外侧皮神经为蒂的股前外侧皮瓣一期修复外阴肿瘤术后缺损10例,皮瓣大小为10cm×14cm～14cm×20cm。结果:10例皮瓣全部成活,随访2～12个月,外观满意,皮瓣感觉功能存在,局部肿瘤无复发。结论:股前外侧皮瓣血管蒂长,血管口径大,供瓣区隐蔽。带感觉神经的股前外侧皮瓣是一种适合外阴肿瘤术后缺损修复的理想皮瓣。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value in reconstruction of postoperative vulvar carcinoma defects using anterolateral thigh flap.Methods:The 10 patients with the reconstruction of postoperative vulvar carcinoma defects following ablation using the anterolateral thigh pedicel flap with quadriceps artery of femur and anterolateral thigh skin nerve,the size of flap ranged from 10cm×14cm-14cm×20cm.Results:All flaps survived,the vulvar appearance was content and sensation was reserved without tumor recurrence.The follow-up ranged from 2 to 12 months,all 10 patients were disease-free survival.Conclusion:The anterolateral thigh flap has long vascular pedicle and large blood caliber,the donator area was covert.It was suitable for reconstruction of vulvar carcinoma defect.更多还原
