【摘要】 目的:研究Caspase-3和β-catenin蛋白在分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)中的蛋白表达情况,探讨它们在DTC发生发展中的作用及相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,对52例DTC组织和10例正常甲状腺组织中的Caspase-3和β-cate-nin蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果:DTC组织中的Caspase-3蛋白表达率为51.92%(27/52),明显低于正常甲状腺组织的90.00%(9/10),Caspase-3蛋白的表达与DTC病理分级有关(P<0.05),但与临床分期及颈淋巴结转移无关;DTC组织中的β-catenin蛋白表达率为67.31%(35/52),明显高于正常甲状腺组织的20.00%(2/10),β-catenin蛋白的表达与DTC颈淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与临床分期及病理分级无关;在DTC组织中Caspase-3和β-catenin蛋白的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.659,P<0.01)。结论:Caspase-3和β-catenin蛋白的异常表达共同参与了分化型甲状腺癌的发生发展,可能成为判断分化型甲状腺癌恶性程度、转移及预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study investigated the expression of caspase-3 and β-catenin in differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC) tissues,approached therole and correlation of caspase-3 and β-catenin in the carcinogenesis of the thyroid.Methods:The immunohistocemistry(SP method)was used to determine the expression of caspase-3 and β-catenin in 52 cases of DTC and 10 normal thyroid tissues.Results:The protein expression level of caspase-3 in DTC 51.92%(27/52) was significantly lower than that of normal thyroid sample 90.00%(9/10).Caspase-3 expression level was correlated with the grade of DTC(P<0.05),but had no significant correlation with clinical stages and cervical lymph node metastasis.The protein expression level of β-catenin in DTC 67.31%(35/52) was significantly higher than that in normal thyroid sample 20.00%(2/10).β-catenin expression level was correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but had no significant correlation with clinical stages and the grade of DTC.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of caspase-3 and β-catenin may have an important role in the carcinogenesis of the thyroid,and they probably have a limited role in malignant progression of the thyroid cancer.They can was used as the possible marker which judge the malignancy degree,metastasis and prognosis of thyroid cancer.更多还原
