【摘要】 目的评价曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗原田病浆液性视网膜脱离患者疗效。方法对6例(12只眼)临床诊断为原田病浆液性视网膜脱离患者,给予玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德4 mg,观察其视网膜脱离复位情况、视力、眼压、眼底及并发症。结果12只眼中检眼镜下2周内11只眼视网膜脱离复位,占91.7%,3周内视网膜脱离全部复位。视力有不同程度提高,追踪观察1个月时平均视力与术前比较差异具有统计学显著性意义。眼前节葡萄膜炎症反应减轻或消失。除1只眼白内障加重外无其它并发症。结论曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射能迅速促进原田病浆液性视网膜脱离复位,减轻眼前节葡萄膜炎症反应,提高视力,无明显全身副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide for serous retinal detachment of Harada disease.Methods Twelve eyes of 6 patients diagnosed of Harada disease with serous retinal detachment were treated with ivtravitreal four milligrams of triamcinolone acetonide.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure,complications,fundus oculi changes and the situation of retinal reattachment were observed.Results retinal reattachment occurred in all treated eyes with Harada disease after 3 weeks’ follow-up.In two weeks eleven eyes got retinal reattachment and visual acuity improvement to a certain extent.The average visual acuity improved significantly at one month(P<0.05).The symptoms of anterior uveitis reaction alleviated or disappeared.One eye developed lens opacification,no other complication was found.Conclusion Intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide can accelerate retinal reattachment,alleviate anterior uveitis reaction and improve visual acuity towards serous retinal detachment of Harada disease.更多还原
