【摘要】 目的探讨获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)发生视网膜血管性病变的类型及其与CD4+T淋巴细胞的关系。方法回顾分析107例(214只眼)AIDS患者经眼底彩照及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查确诊的视网膜血管性病变患者的临床资料,统计AIDS视网膜血管性病变的发生率及病变类型以及与CD4+T淋巴细胞数之间的关系。结果107例(214只眼)AIDS患者发生视网膜血管性病变43例(65只眼),占40.18%(30.37%);在每眼病变中,既有单发性改变,也有多发性改变。其中,出血(含Roth斑)37只眼,占56.92%(37/65);棉絮斑及微血管瘤分别为26只眼,分别占40.00%(26/65);毛细血管闭塞区15只眼,占23.08%(15/65);血管壁渗漏及毛细血管扩张分别为9只眼和8只眼,分别占13.85%和12.30%(9/65;8/65)。CD4+T淋巴细胞≤50个/μL发生视网膜血管性病变35例,未发生病变31例,发病率53.03%(35/66);CD4+T淋巴细胞≥51个/μL发生视网膜血管性病变8例,未发生病变33例,发病率19.51%(8/41)。经双侧检测统计:χ2=11.82,P=0.000。说明组间具有显著差异性。结论AIDS视网膜血管性病变的类型呈多样性,且CD4+T淋巴细胞数越少,发生视网膜血管性病变的几率越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the types of the retinal papilla in blood vessel by acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) and the relation with CD4+T lymph cell.Methods 107 cases(214 eyes) of AIDS patients are analyzed,who have been checked through the color fundus copy and fluorescein angiography and diagnosed as retinal papilla,to count up the rate and the relationship between the types of AIDS retinal papilla and the numbers of CD4+T lymph cell.Results Of all the 107 cases(214 eyes),43 cases(65 eyes) have got retinal papilla in blood vessel,covering 40.18 %(30.37%).Each case changes not only singly but also multiply.Among all the 65 eyes,37(56.92%) hemorrhages(including Roth spot),26(40.00%) are of cotton fibre speckle and have tiny haemangioma,15(23.08%) are of capillary stuffed-up,9(13.85%) have vessel wall leakage,and 8(12.30%) have capillary expansion.Of all the 66 cases with CD4+T lymph cell ≤50 /uL,35(53.03%) have got retinal papilla.On the contrary,of the 41 cases with CD4+T lymph cell ≥51 /uL,only 8(19.51%) have got retinal papilla.By checking double sides,the rsesults are: χ2=14.722,P=0.000,which show that there are obvious differences between the groups.Conclusion The types of AIDS retinal papilla are varied.And the less the numbers of CD4+T lymph cell are,the more possible the retinal papilla will be.更多还原
