【摘要】 目的探讨无缝线梯形巩膜小切口白内障囊外摘除术的手术方法、疗效以及手术并发症。方法对我院2008年5～6月63例(均为单眼)行无缝线梯形巩膜小切口囊外摘除术的白内障患者进行回顾性分析,观察术后视力、角膜散光情况以及术后并发症。结果术后1个月视力≥0.6者43只眼(68.25%),≥0.3者57只眼(90.47%);术前散光和术后散光比较差异无统计学意义;主要并发症包括角膜水肿7只眼(11.11%),后囊膜破裂1只眼(1.58%),悬韧带离断1只眼(1.58%),角膜后弹力层脱离1只眼(1.58%)。结论无缝线梯形巩膜小切口白内障囊外摘除术切口合理,术后视力恢复好,并发症少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the operative methods,effects and complications of extracapsular cataract extraction with small ladder-shaped incision and no suture.Methods A retrospective study was underwent to the 63 cases in our department from 2008.5 to 2008.6.None-suture and small ladder-shaped scleral tunnel incision were combined to do the extracapsular cataract extraction.The visual acuity,astigmatism and complications were summarize and analyzed.Results The visual rate of acuity more than 0.6 was 68.25%,more than 0.3 was 90.47% one month after operation.The difference has not statistically significance before and after operation.The major complications consisted of corneal edema in 7 eyes(11.11%),posterior capsule rupture in 1 eyes(1.58%),zonular dialysis in 1 eyes(1.58%)and corneal Descemet,s membrane detachment in 1 eyes(1.58%).Conclusion The method is the combination of the small ladder-shaped scleral tunnel incision and none-suture to treat cataract.It benefit to improve clinical effect and decrease the complication.更多还原
