【摘要】 目的探讨卵磷脂络合碘(沃丽汀)治疗玻璃体出血的疗效。方法对2000年5月至2005年5月在本院眼科就诊的110例(140只眼)玻璃体出血患者,予沃丽汀口服,3个月为一疗程,观察治疗前后患者视功能及玻璃体出血的变化。结果本组病例中显效74只眼(52.86%),有效38只眼(27.14%),无效28只眼(20%),总有效率为80%结论口服沃丽汀治疗各种原因引起的玻璃体出血疗效可靠,副作用较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of iodized lecithin on vitreous hemorrhage.Methods 110 outpatients in Jinan with vitreous hemorrhage from May,2000 to May,2005 were treated with iodized lecithin.Vision and absorption of vitreous hemorrhage were observed.Results In our study,74 eyes completely recovered,38 eyes straightened up and only 28 eyes had no obvious change.The whole efficacy rate is 80%.Conclusion Iodized lecithin taken in by oral is effect for patients with vitreous hemorrhage,convenient and easily accepted by patients.更多还原
