【摘要】 目的研究病毒性中枢神经系统感染患儿出现视网膜病变的情况。方法回顾分析2000年1月至2008年6月中山大学附属第二医院儿科住院诊断病毒性脑炎或脑膜炎的患儿,对有进行眼底检查的患儿分析视网膜病变发生的情况。共36例纳入研究,男20例,女16例,年龄在3个月至14岁,病毒性脑炎24例,病毒性脑膜脑炎12例。结果所有被研究的36例患儿中,3例出现眼底出血,其中1例眼底出现Roth斑。出现眼底出血的3例患儿中2例治疗无效死亡。4例死亡患儿中2例出现视网膜出血。结论病毒性中枢神经系统感染患儿发生视网膜出血的几率不高,眼底出血提示疾病预后不良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the retinal manifestation in children with viral encephalitis.Method All children were inpatients in the paediatric department in the second affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen university between January 2000 and June 2008 with a diagnosis of viral encephalitis or encephalomeningitis.We only analyzed the patients who had been conducted retinal examination.There were 36 patients enrolled in our study including 20 males and 16 females.Children aged between 3 months and 14 years.There were 24 cases diagnosed as viral encephalitis and 12 cases as viral encephalomeningitis. Results Three of the 36 patients had retinal heamorrhages,including one case had a Roth spot in retina. Two of the three cases with retinal heamorrhages died during hospitalization.Two of the four cases who died during hospitalization had retinal heamorrhages.Conclusion Although retinal haemorrhages after viral encephalitis are rare,retinal heamorrhage indicates critical condition.更多还原
