【摘要】 目的:分析十二指肠损伤的特点以提高外科诊治水平。方法:分析2002—2008年收治的十二指肠损伤24例诊治情况。结果:合并其他腹部脏器损伤70.8%(17/24),单纯十二指肠损伤29.2%(7/24)。损伤部位以十二指肠降部为多见,占54.2%(13/24);水平部次之,占25%(6/24)。术中漏诊率为12.5%(3/24)。手术后并发症发生率为33.3%(8/24)。病死率为16.7%(4/24)。结论:掌握十二指肠损伤的特点,注重早期诊断、早期手术,加强术中探查,掌握好探查指征,根据伤情选择合理、恰当的术式,加强术后管理,可提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the efficacy of surgical treatmemt in patients suffering from duodenal injuries.Methods:Clinical experience was summerized on 24 cases of duodenal damage hospitalized at our hospital during recent 6 years.Results:Seventeen (70.8%) cases were complicated by additional other intraabdominal organ injuries.The trauma was mostly often seen on the decending part constituting 54.2% (13/24),and on the horizontal part constituting 25% (6/24).The rate of failure to diagnose intraoperatively is 12.5% (3/24);The postoperative complication rate is 33.3% (8/24).The mortality rate is 16.7% (4/24).Conclusion:Better understanding of the clinical features of the duodenal trauma,early diagnosis and exploration,careful intraoperative inspection,proper surgical management and intensive postoperative care all contribute to the better prognosis in patients with duodenal trauma.更多还原
