【摘要】 目的:分析上海正常汉族女性在不同牙期的软组织侧貌变化,为临床诊治提供参考。方法:对90例上海地区正常汉族女性不同牙期的软组织侧貌正常值以方差分析进行显著性检验。结果:在所测量的33个项目中,分别有4项角度、12项线距和6项美线及比例在3个牙期中有显著性差异。结论:从替牙期到恒牙期,上海女性侧貌面型较为恒定,突度略有增加;面下部垂直向生长较为活跃;鼻、唇、颏部的软组织厚度均有所增加,且由于鼻、颏部的软、硬组织生长较快造成唇部相对后缩;软组织的上述变化应在矫治设计中予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the growth changes of soft-tissue profile in different dental age groups of Shanghai females with Han nationality who exhibit normal occlusion.Methods:Normal values of 90 Shanghai females’soft-tissue profile in different dental age groups have been adopted and the analysis of variance has been applied among 2 and 3 groups to assay the growth effects on soft-tissue changes. Results:Among 33 items measured,4 angle items,12 distance items and 6 aesthetic-line and ratio items show significant difference in three dental age groups respectively.Conclusion:From mixed to permanent denture stage,the profiles of shanghai females remain stable with a bit enlarged convexity. Meanwhile,the vertical growth of lower face appears active and the soft-tissue thickness of nose,lips and chin increase. With the faster growth of both hard and soft tissues of nose and chin,the lips become comparatively retrusive. These findings should be considered when making treatment plans.更多还原
