【摘要】 目的:探讨线粒体DNA5178A/C多态性与2型糖尿病患者糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法:将672例2型糖尿病患者分为无明显的糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR,n=518)、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR,n=145)和增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR,n=9例)3组。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段(PCR-RFLP)技术检测线粒体DNA5178C/A多态性。评价该多态性与DR的相关性。结果:Mt5178C/A多态性在NDR、NPDR和PDR3组间基因型分布无显著性差异。结论:线粒体DNA5178A/C多态性与中国2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the relationship between diabetic retinopathy(DR) and the mitochondrial DNA 5178 adenine/cytosine(mt5178A/C) polymorphismin in Chinese type2 diabetic patients. Methods:A case control study for a total of 672 Chinese type 2 diabetic patients which were subdivided into three groups:518 without DR,145 with NPDR and 9 with PDR.The mt5178A/C was genotyped by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method (PCR-RFLP). Results:No significant difference in genotype distribution was observed among theNDR,NPDR and PDR groups. Conclusions:The Mt5178C/A polymorphism was not associated with the DR among Chinese type2 diabetic patients.更多还原
