【摘要】 目的探讨小肠内置管排列术的临床疗效。方法对2003~2009年我院采用小肠内置管排列术治疗的26例小肠广泛肠粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果随访时间为1个月至6年,远期有效率为100%(25/26)。主要并发症为肠漏3.8%(1/26)。结论小肠内支撑排列术是一种操作简单、安全而有效的术式,是治疗粘连性肠梗阻的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of intestinal plication on adhensive small bowel obstruction.Methods The clinical data of using intestinal plication to treat 26 cases of adhensive small bowel obstruction were retrospectively reviewed.Results The one momnth to six years of following-up surveys showed that the curative rate was 100% and bowel leakage was the main complication(3.8%).Conclusion Intestinal plication has proved tobe one of the effective therapies to treat adhensive small bowel obstruction.更多还原
