【摘要】 目的研究重型颅脑损伤患者规范化院前急救与护理的效果。方法回顾性比较分析34例经规范化的院前救护(治疗组)与31例未经规范化的院前救护(对照组)重型颅脑损伤患者入院时血气分析的结果及随访6个月的预后情况。结果治疗组入院时的氧合指数明显高于对照组,病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化的院前救护措施,可提高重型颅脑损伤患者入院时的氧合指数,降低病死率,改善预后,应大力推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of prehospital first aid for patients with severe brain injury.Methods 34 cases of severe brain injury in the treatment group were treated with prehospital first aid and 31 cases in the contrast group were not treated with prehospital first aid.The blood gas analyses of the both groups were made the follow-up surveys were made for 6 months.Results The oxygentation index was significantly higher and the mortality rate was much lower in the treatment group than in the contrast group.Conclusion Standard prehospital first aid can improve the oxygentation index,reduce mortality and improve prognosis.更多还原
