【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌的手术方式。方法回顾性总结应用左上腹直肌及右胸后外侧两切口治疗320例胸中段食管癌患者的临床资料。结果本组患者中围手术期并发症发生率为8.4%,手术切除率为99.7%,无手术死亡及吻合口瘘。结论改进手术方式可明显提高手术切除率,降低手术围手术期并发症,提高淋巴结清扫的彻底性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapy for esophageal cancer.Methods The clinical dataof 320 cases middle-section esophageal cancer undergoing the left rectus abdomonis incisionand the posterolateral right chest incision were reviewed.Results The occurrence rate of perioperative complications was 8.4%,the removal rate was 99.7%,and no deaths or anastomotic leakage occurred.Conclusion The improved operation method can effectively reduce perioperative complications and can produce complete lymph node dissection.更多还原
