【摘要】 目的评价临床护理路径在冠状动脉支架植入术中的应用效果。方法制定冠状动脉支架植入术患者的临床护理路径,将316例患者随机分为2组,实验组166人,对照组150人,实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组实施常规护理。结果实验组平均住院天数、手术并发症均低于对照组(P<0.05);满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径作为一种科学的管理模式,既可提高工作效率,又能提高护理服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathways in intra-coronary stenting.Methods 316 patients treated with intra-coronary stenting were divided into 2 groups randomly.The experimental group(n=166) adopted the clinical nursing pathway,while the control group(n=150) adopted the traditional therapy.Results The patients in the experimental group had significantly less complications(P<0.05),shorter hospital stay(P<0.05) and greater satisfaction(P<0.05) in comparison with the patients in the control group.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is a scientific management approach,which can enhance the efficiency and quality of the nursing service.更多还原
