【摘要】 目的:通过测定急性白血病患者外周血未染色大细胞(LUC)的数值,初步判断化疗效果。方法:分析急性白血病患者242人次骨髓组织中原始细胞数值与LUC的数值。结果:外周血LUC数与骨髓涂片中原始细胞、外周血中的幼稚细胞均呈正相关,灵敏度64%,特异度85%,ROC曲线下面积等于0.77。结论:通过检测外周血LUC可以对急性白血病患者疾病状态进行初步判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Counting LUC in peripheral blood was used to evaluate the preliminary chemotherapy effects in acute leukemia(AL) patients.Method:The blast cell numbers in bone marrow and LUC numbers in peripheral blood were counted and analyzed in 242 patients with AL.Result:The LUC number in peripheral blood in AL patients was statistically positive related to the blast cell in bone marrow and juvenile cell in peripheral blood.The sensitivity and specificity were 64% and 85% respectively with the ROC AUC as 0.77.Conclusion:It indicated that the disease status of AL could be inferred by counting the LUC number in peripheral blood.更多还原
