【摘要】 目的比较思美泰治疗肝内胆汁淤积的临床疗效并探讨其与剂量的关系。方法回顾性分析150例肝内胆汁淤积患者的临床资料,比较思美泰治疗妊娠肝内淤积症、慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症、淤胆型肝炎3种不同类型肝病TBIL、ALT和γ-GT的变化,分析思美泰对慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症不同程度黄疸的影响及不同思美泰剂量治疗慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症后TBIL的水平变化。结果妊娠肝内淤积症组血清TBIL、ALT和γ-GT水平的下降幅度明显,与慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症组下降幅度比较,其差异显著(P<0.05);黄疸分级在(TBIL171～260μmol/L,Ⅱ级)和(TBIL260μmol/L以上,Ⅲ级)黄疸患者其TBIL下降水平较(TBIL80～170μmol/L,Ⅰ级)差异显著(P<0.05);2.0g/d思美泰组治疗慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症的黄疸下降较1.0g/d组明显(P<0.05)。结论思美泰是治疗胆汁淤积肝病高胆红素血症的有效药物,早期足量使用疗效佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of S-adenomethionine on the treatment of intrahepatic biliary stasis and study its effect in different dosage.Methods 150 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis were retrospectively analysed.Serum level of TBIL,γ-GT and ALT were detected to compare the therapeutic effect of S-adenomethionine in intrahepatic cholestasIs of pregnancy,chronic hepatitis B and hyperbiliubinemia,stasis bile hepatitis.The effect of S-adenomethionine in the change of TBIL value in chronic hepatitis B and hyperbilirubinemia with different TBIL level were analysized.The change of TBIL level in chronic hepatitis B and hyperbiliubinemia treated with S-adenomethionine in different dosages were also detected.Results The serum levels of TBIL γ-GT and ALT in intrahepatic cholestasis of pergnancy were significantly decreased than that in chronic hepatitis B and hyperbiliurubinemia(P<0.05).The TBIL level in chronic hepatitis B and hyperbilirubinemia greading Ⅱ(TBIL 171～260 μmol/L) and Ⅲ(TBIL 260 μmol/L) declined more than that in greading Ⅰ(TBIL 80～170 μmol/L).The difference was significant(P<0.05).The TBIL levels in chronic hepatitis B and hyperbilirubinemai treating with 2.0 g/d of S-adenomethionine declined to 1.0 g/d(P<0.05).Conclusion S-adenomethionine was an efficient drug in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia.It may have a better effect after treating with a full dosage.更多还原
