【摘要】 目的总结41例成人恶性胶质瘤患者术后行选择性化疗联合瘤内近距离放疗的疗效及分析影响患者生存率的因素。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2007年12月住院治疗的成人患者41例,其中首次术后病理诊断为恶性脑胶质瘤。术后接受经股动脉-颈内动脉/椎动脉介入化疗+瘤内近距离放疗者8例,经颈总动脉选择性化疗+瘤内近距离放疗者33例。随访至2008年7月。结果41例患者中位生存期20.75月,1年生存率78.0%,2年生存率39.0%。在影响患者术后生存率的因素中,肿瘤的切除程度、患者年龄、性别对生存率的影响有统计学意义。结论对于成人恶性胶质瘤,术后行选择性化疗联合瘤内近距离放疗的长期疗效优于目前常规术后外放疗加化疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prognostic factors to survival rates of postoperative patients with malignant glioma and the therapeutic effect of selective chemotherapy combined with brachytherapy in treatment of malignant glioma after surgery.Methods The retrospective analysis included 41 adult patients between 2004 Jan and 2007 Dec in our hospital.These patients were pathologically diagnosed primary brain malignant glioma after first operations.8 patients received brachytherapy and intervention chemotherapy through femoral artery-internal carotid artery/vertebral artery,33 patients received transcarotid artery chemotherapy and brachytherapy.Follow-up visit continued to 2007 Jul.Results Median overall survival time was 20.75 months.One-year and two-year overall survival rate was 78.0%,39.0% respectively.Extents of resections to tumors,ages and genders of patients were significant to survival rates.Conclusion Selective chemotherapy combined with brachytherapy are high-performance regimen compared with standard external beam radiotherapy(XRT)plus chemotherapy in treatment of malignant glioma after surgery.更多还原
