【摘要】 报告1例以红色疣状斑块为主要表现的外阴上皮内瘤变。患者女,79岁。外阴部出现疣状斑块0.5年。皮肤科检查见两侧大阴唇内侧下部各见约6cm×4cm和4cm×3cm的红色疣状斑块,会阴联合处同时受累。右侧大阴唇内侧皮损组织病理检查:表皮近全层间变,细胞核深染,可见核分裂象。免疫组化染色结果示Ki-67及p53阳性,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测阴性。诊断:外阴上皮内瘤变(分化型)。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia is reported.A 79-year-old female presented with lesions in the vulvar for half a year.Physical examination found two red verruciform plaques at the inner side of both labia majora,in a size of 6 cm×4 cm or 4 cm×3 cm,with the involvement of her posterior labial commissure.Histopathology of skin lesions showed anaplasia in the all layers of dermis,with hyperchromatic nuclei and mitotic figures.Immunohistoehemical study showed positive staining for Ki-67 and p53,and negative staining for HPV.The patient was diagnosed as vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (differentiated type).更多还原
