【摘要】 目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)-光动力疗法(PDT)治疗部分皮肤癌及癌前病变的疗效。方法:50例患者首次接受ALA-PDT治疗,其中日光性角化病25例、鲍恩样丘疹病16例、鲍恩病4例、基底细胞癌(BCC)4例、口腔鳞状细胞癌1例。结果:经过2～6次ALA-PDT治疗,20例日光性角化病患者痊愈,8例鲍恩样丘疹病患者痊愈,鲍恩病4例中3例痊愈,BCC有3例痊愈,口腔鳞状细胞癌患者病灶面积缩小70%。结论:ALA-PDT治疗部分皮肤癌及癌前病变具有疗效确切、安全、损伤小、无明显不良反应的优势。对于皮损位于特殊部位、惧怕手术及术后瘢痕的患者采用ALA-PDT治疗是较好的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT) with topical 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA) in the treatment of skin cancers and precancerous dermatoses.Methods:ALA-PDT was used to treat fifty patients,including twenty-five patients with actinic keratosis,sixteen patients with bowenoid papulosis,four patients with Bowens disease,four patients with basal cell carcinoma(BCC),one patient with intraoral squamous cell carcinoma(ISCC).Results:Twenty cases of actinic keratosis,eight cases of bowenoid papulosis,three cases of Bowen’s disease and three cases of BCC were cured completely.The lesions of ISCC reduced 70%in size after twice to six treatments of ALA-PDT.Conclusions:Topical AIA-PDT is an effective,safe therapy with minor trauma for the treatment of skin cancers and precancerous dermatoses,without obvious adverse reactions.It is a good alternative for the patients being afraid of operation and postoperative scar,and those with lesions on special sites.更多还原
