【摘要】 报告2例发生在掌跖部位的血管内筋膜炎。例1.女,65岁。右跖皮下结节1个月。例2.男,76岁。右掌蓝色皮下结节5年。2例患者皮损组织病理检查均显示扩张的血管内大量梭形细胞增生;免疫组化染色结果示增生的梭形细胞波形蛋白、平滑肌肌动蛋白阳性,CD31和CD34阴性。结合临床及组织病理特点诊断为血管内筋膜炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two cases of intravascular fasciitis are reported.Patient 1,a 65-year-old female,presented with one month history of subcutaneous nodule on her right sole.Patient 2,a 76-year-old male,presented with a 5-year history of blue subcu-taneous nodule on his right palm.Histopathological examination showed prominent spindle cell proliferation in the dilated vessels. Immunohistochemistry study showed positive staining for vimentin and smooth muscle actin,as well as negative staining for CD31 and CD34 in the proliferated spindle cells.According to the clinical and histopathological features,these two cases were diagnosed as intravascular fasciitis.更多还原
