【摘要】 报告1例靶样含铁血黄素沉积性血管瘤。患者男,49岁。右臀部棕黑色丘疹40年,增大伴环状瘀斑1个月。皮肤科检查:右臀部可见直径约5 mm的棕黑色结节,周围绕以紫红色环状损害。皮损组织病理检查:真皮浅中层血管增生、扩张,管壁内皮细胞肿胀,部分似鞋钉样突向管腔,真皮内可见红细胞外渗及含铁血黄素沉积。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma is reported.A 49-year-old male presented with dark brown papule lor 40 years on his right buttock and it enlarged with halo lesion lor one month.The lesion was a dark papule about 5 mm diameter in size and surrounded by purplish ring that exhibited a targetoid appearance.The skin biopsy showed dilated and proliferated vessels with hobnail endothelial cells protruding into the lumens.Extravasated erythrocytes and hemosiderin deposited widely In the dermis.更多还原
