【摘要】 报告2例系统性硬皮病肾危象。2例患者均有系统性硬皮病病史,在接受治疗的过程中,1例因发生过敏性休克、1例因自行骤减糖皮质激素导致系统性硬皮病症状加重,并出现肾功能衰竭。肾脏穿刺组织病理检查示:肾小球硬化,肾小管坏死,小血管内膜增厚伴硬化。经文献分析显示过敏性休克、骤减糖皮质激素可能分别是硬皮病肾危象的诱发因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two cases of renal crisis in systemic scleroderma are reported.Both patients were diagnosed as systemic scleroderma. The renal failure occurred after allergic shock in one patient,and after suddenly reducing the dose of oral corticosteroids in the another.Histopathology of renal specimens showed the sclerosis of renal glomerulus,necrosis of renal tubules, thickening and sclerosis of endangium of kidney.According to the literature,allergic shock and the sudden reducing the dose of corticosteroids were considered as the predisposing factors of the renal crisis in systemic scleroderma.更多还原
