【摘要】 报告1例犬小孢子菌致成人头癣、体癣和急性角结膜炎。患者女,61岁。头皮及面颈部斑丘疹伴瘙痒1个月,双眼不适4 d。体格检查见头部、面部及颈部多发皮损;双眼球结膜充血伴较多透明分泌物。头发、面部皮屑真菌镜检阳性,经培养鉴定为犬小孢子菌。结膜囊分泌物真菌镜检阴性,培养阳性,鉴定为犬小孢子菌。最后诊断:犬小孢子菌致成人头癣、体癣及急性角结膜炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of adult tinea capitis, tinea corporis and acute corneo-conjunctivitis caused by Microsporum canis is re- ported. A 61-year-old female presented with pruritic eruptions on her scalp, face and neck for nearly one month and biocular discomforts for 4 days. Broken hairs and skin eruptions on her scalp, face and neck were noted on physical examination. The conjunctival hyperemia with watery discharge of both eyes was noticed. Microscopic examination on the sick hair and the skin scrapings from face and neck were positive in KOH preparation. Microsporum canis was identified by fungal culture. Micro- scopic examination of the secretion from conjunctival sac was negative, but M. canis was also identified by fungal culture. The final diagnosis of this case is tinea capitis, tinea corporis and acute corneo-conjunctivitis caused by Microsporum canis.更多还原
