【摘要】 目的:了解仅根据临床表现诊断浅部真菌病的准确率及临床诊断、真菌镜检和培养结果之间的符合情况。方法:随机选择2007年5-10月至本科门诊就诊,诊断为浅部真菌感染的患者,取皮损鳞屑做真菌镜检和培养,计算其临床诊断、真菌镜检和培养结果之间的符合率。结果:确诊患者中临床诊断和真菌镜检结果的符合率为75.00%,临床诊断和真菌培养结果的符合率为49.67%,真菌镜检和真菌培养结果的符合率为56.33%。另外,皮肤癣菌和念珠菌混合感染率为12.00%。结论:仅根据临床表现诊断浅部真菌病的准确率较低,真菌培养是浅部真菌感染诊断的金标准;皮肤癣菌和念珠菌的混合感染值得重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the consistency between clinical diagnosis and the results of mycological examinations in superficial fungal infections. Methods: The cases clinically diagnosed as superficial fungal infections by senior dermatologists only according to clinical manifestations were randomly selected from May 2007 to October 2007. Direct microscopy (KOH examination) and fungal culture were performed on the lesions. The accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the consistency between the clinical diagnosis, the microscopical results and the culture results were analyzed. Results: The diagnostic accordance rate between the clinical diagnosis and the results of KOH examinations was 75.00%. The diagnostic accordance rate between the clinical diagnosis and the results of fungal culture was 49.67%. And, the diagnostic accordance rate between KOH examinations and fungal culture was 56.33%. There were 12.00% patients with mixed infections of dermatophytes and Candidas. Conclusions: The diagnosis only according to the history and the clinical manifestations are not so accurate in superficial fungal infections. Fungal culture remains the gold standard in the diagnosis of superficial mycoses. The mixed infection of dermatophytes and yeasts should be noticed.更多还原
