犬乳化异氟醚静脉麻醉后血中异氟醚洗出时程的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨静脉给予8%乳化异氟醚后对犬异氟醚血/气分配系数的影响,以及动、静脉血中异氟醚的洗出时程。方法将健康成年杂种犬12只随机均分成静脉麻醉组(Giv组)和吸入麻醉组(Ginh组)。Giv组给予8%乳化异氟醚(液态容积比)麻醉,Ginh组面罩吸入异氟醚蒸气麻醉,以夹尾刺激阴性为停药指标。分别于停药至呼末气异氟醚浓度下降为零之间的不同时点同时采取动、静脉血测其浓度及血/气分配系数。结果Giv组脂肪乳输入量与异氟醚血/气分配系数的增加呈直线正相关(r2=0.90)。停药后,两组内及两组间异氟醚分别从动脉和静脉血中洗出50%、95%和99%的时间(t0.5、t0.95和t0.99)差异无统计学意义。结论乳化异氟醚静脉麻醉时,其输入量对异氟醚血/气分配系数有重要影响。但与吸入异氟醚麻醉相比,异氟醚从血中的洗出时程并未改变。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of intravenous administration of emulsified isoflurane on isoflurane blood/gas partition coefficient and the washout time course from blood.Methods Twelve adult dogs were randomly and equally assigned to intravenous anesthesia group(Giv) with 8% emulsified isoflurane and inhalation anesthesia group(Ginh) with isoflurane vapor.The negative response to tail clamping was taken as the endpoint for stopping anesthesia.Arterial and venous blood samples were obtained simultaneously at different time points from the end time of anesthetic administration to the time when the end tidal isoflurane concentration had been changed into zero.Isoflurane concentration in blood and its blood/gas partition coefficient were determined by gas chromatography.Results The volume of infused lipid emulsion in Giv had a positive correlation with the increase of isoflurane blood/gas partition coefficient(r2=0.90).No significant differences were found in the time of isoflurane washed out for 50%,95% and 99% from arterial blood vs.venous blood between the two groups.Conclusion The volume of infused lipid emulsion had an important impact on isoflurane blood/gas partition coefficient,but the washout time course of isoflurane from blood had not been changed by different administration approaches.
