【摘要】 目的观察加巴喷丁联合神经阻滞治疗老年头面部带状疱疹后神经痛的有效性和安全性。方法65岁以上老年头面部带状疱疹后神经痛患者38例,采用口服加巴喷丁胶囊每天1200～1800mg,三叉神经分支阻滞和皮损区皮内注射治疗6周,用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和睡眠质量评分(QS)评价治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后第1周～第6周,VAS和QS均显著下降(P<0.01)。患者治疗6周后显效35例(92.10%),好转3例(7.89%),总有效率100%。结论加巴喷丁联合三叉神经分支阻滞及皮损区皮内注射治疗老年头面部带状疱疹后神经痛,可迅速缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,疗效确切,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and safety of gabapentin combined with nerve block in the treatment of cephal-prosopo postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) in the elderly.Methods Thirty-eight patients greater than 65 years old of age with cephal-prosopo PHN were treated with oral gabapentin 1200-1800mg/d combined with intermittent block of the trigeminal nerve and skin lesion area’s branch for 6 weeks.The clinical effect was evaluated before and after treatment by visual analogue scale(VAS) and quality of sleep(QS).Results The VAS decreased from(7.49 ±0.29) scores to(1.64 ±0.52) scores,and QS reduced from(3.43±0.43) scores to(0.55 ±0.36) scores(P<0.01).The excellence rate was 91.42% and the improvement rate was 8.58% with a total effective rate of 100%.Conclusion The strategy of oral gabapentin combined with trigeminal nerve block is effective and safe in the elderly with cephal-prosopo PHN.更多还原
