【摘要】 目的:拓宽肾筋膜扩张器及输尿管镜在泌尿外科的应用范围。方法:应用输尿管镜配合肾筋膜扩张器治疗尿道狭窄、尿道闭锁、肾膀胱造瘘管脱落、女性输尿管下段狭窄患者共37例。结果:37例手术均成功完成。结论:应用输尿管镜配合肾筋膜扩张器治疗尿道狭窄、尿道闭锁、肾膀胱造瘘管脱落、女性输尿管下段狭窄安全、简便、有效,是值得临床推广应用的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To broaden the scope of clinical application of ureteroscope combined with renal sheath dilator in urological surgery.Methods:Ureteroscope combined with renal sheath dilator were used to treat 37 patients. Of the patients,16 cases were with urethral stricture,4 cases with urethral atresia,8 cases with renal and bladder fistula tube fall off and 4 case with lower ureteric stricture in female.Results:The procedures of combination of ureteroscope and renal sheath dilator were compleleted satisfactorily.Conclusions:The application of ureteroscope combined with renal sheath dilator on rethral stricture,urethral atresia,renal and bladder fistula tube fall off and lower ureteric stricture in female is safe,simple and effective.It is a new method worthy of clinical application.更多还原
