【摘要】 目的:探讨唇部巨大动静脉畸形的临床特点及诊治方法。方法:5例唇动静脉畸形均发生在上唇部,病变范围占上唇部80%以上;采用双侧上唇动脉结扎术,术后第3d即行上唇根部2～3点点状注射鱼肝油酸钠,以后每两周注射一次,共注射5～7次,待全唇无明显压缩感后,行唇部成形术。结果:随访1～5年,4例唇部形态正常,外形满意,瘤体无复发;1例局部复发,经硬化剂注射后,形态恢复。结论:唇部巨大动静脉畸形选择适当的治疗方式,可达到较为理想的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of huge lip arteriovenous malformation.Method:Five cases of lip arteriovenous malformation were in the upper lips,which accounted the scope of the upper lip for more than 80 %.All cases were performed bilateral upper lip artery ligation.Three days after surgery,point injection(2～3 points) of sodium morrhuate was implemented in the roots of the upper lip,then injection once every two weeks,the injection frequency were 5 to 7 times.Then cheiloplasty was curried out when the upper lip was no obvious sensitivity of oppression.Result:Follow up 1 to 4 years,4 cases of lip patterns were normal,no lesion recurrence.Only one case relaps in local area,after re-injection of sclerosing agent,the appearance of lip recovered.Conclusion:Choose proper treatment of huge lip arteriovenous malformation,ideal result can be achieved.更多还原
